Editions and licensing

Desktop
or Server

The desktop app for each computer, in editions for connected and for sensitive or disconnected networks. Or Orbelle Server, on your own network for the whole organisation.

Available now

Orbelle Desktop

An installed app for macOS and Windows. Works on its own, or shares a register through your own database or SharePoint. Every release comes in two editions, and your administrators choose which to deploy.

Orbelle

For connected networks. Updates install inside the app, and Forecast, Clarity, Jira and SharePoint can be connected.

Orbelle Offline

For sensitive and disconnected networks. It never connects to the internet, and updates arrive as a signed file on approved media.

Licensed per computer or for a whole organisation
Projects and settings kept through every update
Keeps working when the network drops, and syncs when it returns

Available now

Orbelle Server

Installed on your own Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux or container platform. Users work in the browser or the desktop app, and administrators run it from an admin console.

In the browser

Nothing to install on users’ computers. Sign in with an Orbelle account or Active Directory, with MFA if you choose.

In the desktop app

The desktop app connects through the server, keeps its own copy, and carries on when the network drops.

Licensed by team size, counted per user
The register in your own database or SharePoint
Encrypted backups, audit log and signed updates

About Orbelle Server

In development

Orbelle Hosted

The same register in your browser, run for you, using your work account to sign in. Nothing to install or run yourself.

Evaluation

A time-limited licence to try Orbelle with your own projects before you buy.

One computer

A desktop key tied to one computer, suited to a project manager working alone or a small team.

Whole organisation

One desktop key for everyone in your organisation, on as many computers as you need.

Server

A key for one Orbelle Server, sized by team: 10, 25, 50, 100 or 250 users, or more by arrangement.

Pricing depends on the licence type, the number of users and the term. Email info@orbelle.net for a quote. When a licence ends, or its key is cancelled, Orbelle becomes read-only: everything can still be viewed and exported.
